Kế Toán Hóa Đơn (Invoicing Staff)

PURPOSE OF POSITION

• Checking and issue invoice for local sell (POCM, by products, beer…)
• Manage VAT invoice (register issue new invoice, release invoice, filing, and report)
• Compliance with VN law about VAT invoice.
• Send invoice to Distributors and do adjustment invoice for return, cancel Billing

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Invoicing control:

• Load Billing data, checking delivery notes and process print invoice and send to driver/ distributors
• Posting invoice in SAP system.
• Issue new invoice, Delivery Notes and register with tax authorities.
• Support collect data selling by product send to customer.
• Arrange invoice task with DCs and others plant to ensure timely delivery invoice to distributors.

2. Reporting:

• Invoicing using report
• VAT out report

3. Others

• Conduct others task assigned by Supervisor in a timely manner.
